What’s been on my mind
It’s been a while since i updated in English.
It takes so much of my time even to just update in Japanese that i havent been religiously translating it into English.
There’s been a lot on my mind lately and needed a place to spill so voila! Here it goes. This may not totally make sense cuz im just kinda rambling ideas here but hear me out.
Sometimes swimming in love doesn’t do any good in the long run. Absence makes the heart grow fonder. I’m not saying that this works for everyone and I’m not a fan of long distance relationship either. In fact, a lot of the times LDR doesn’t work. I just think that when you are with your significant other 24/7 and are almost always 100% happy cuz u get what you want, u become blind to what’s in front of you because u get used to what you have and start taking things for granted. Ultimately, ur unappreciated.
Love should not be a mystery, but should be obvious enough that it feels almost tangible. How do people go on pursuing mystery love, walking on eggshells? It really should not be that perplex.
Are there people who are just impossible to love? Or is it that people are scared to love? Scared of committing? But that’s an unfair game, standing under a quicksand, expecting things to befall upon you. The world does not revolve around you to make everything all so convenient. So hayness.
Love is unconditional, no doubt about it. Freedom should not be held hostage but it’s important to be faithful. You were just drinking with your guys? Full of BS. Fabricating your rendezvous with that girl was not a smart act. You might have lied to not worry her but why lie about it? Is there a legit reason? Or are you being unfaithful……? If you have nothing to hide, why didn’t you just spill it and tell the truth? There’s a song by Billy Joel and he wrote it out perfectly…..

Honesty is such a lonely word.
Everyone is so untrue.
Honesty is hardly ever heard.
And mostly what I need from you.
I can always find someone
to say they sympathize.
If I wear my heart out on my sleeve.
But I don’t want some pretty face
to tell me pretty lies.
